Energiseminaret depends on volunteers, and is made possible by the dedicated students at NMBU. Energiseminaret has had 60 volunteers in recent years. They are divided into a few groups, where each group has got their own responsibility; marketing, finance, event, making the program, social events and volunteers during the weekend.
All of our volunteers gain extensive experience in organizational work, team building and get an unique opportunity to build new connections. Energiseminaret finds it important to provide an including social environment, and is therefore regularly organizing social gatherings for the volunteers.
